My Family in the Light

Read: "Blessed is (my family) who does not stand in the path of sinners." Psalm 1:1 NKJ

Pray: On Friday pray about whatever is on your heart. Tell the Lord about your week and the times you felt happy or sad. Tell Him that you love Him and thank Him for His love. Just have an ordinary conversation with Jesus.

Think: This scripture says that your own family will be blessed and happy if you do not stand in the path of those who are sinning. It is very important for family members to help each other stand in the light and stay out of the darkness of sin.

Write: Take out you journal and use this scripture to write a prayer for your family. Name your brothers and sisters and Mom and Dad. Make a commitment to pray for each family member and ask the Lord to help them stand in the light and love of Jesus. Thank God for your family.

Listen: Listen to the Lord as He speaks to you through His Word,
