Stand in the Light

On Thursday pray for the President and his family.

Read: "Blessed is the (family) who does not stand in the path of sinners." Psalm 1:1 NKJ

Pray: Pray for the spiritual life (relationship with God) of the President and his family. Pray that they will grow in their walk with Jesus. Pray that they will ask for God's wisdom as they lead our nation. Pray each member of the family will have a hunger for God's Word and read it everyday. Pray that they will always walk in the light and not stand with those who walk in sin and darkness.

Listen: When you watch the news, or read the newspaper, or even hear a conversation about our President and his family, listen carefully. You may hear about a circumstance in the life of your leader for which you can pray.
