Words of Life

On Wednesday pray for everyone at your school.

Read: "Blessed is the student who does not sit in the seat of the scornful." Psalm 1:1 NKJ

Think: What kind of words do you use when you are talking to your friends at school? Are they words that encourage or words that do harm? It is always important to watch your words carefully. It is equally important to not listen to gossip or allow other to speak lies and hurtful words to one another.

Pray: Pray for the students, the teachers and the staff of your school. Pray that they will speak words of life to each other. Pray that those who have been hurt by unkind words will be healed. At recess or during a break walk around the playground or ball fields and pray for those involved in sports. Pray that the words spoken during these events will be encouraging.

Listen: Listen to the Lord as He speaks to you through His Word, your parents, your pastor, and your teacher. Go Back
