Civility Profanity Clause

"Use no reproachful language against any one; neither curse nor revile." rule # 49

In this age of "Intolerance" , "Political Correctness" , "Road Rage" , "Cell Phones" ,
"My Civil Rights" , etc.. we must not be so quick to respond with anger or
to talk with lack of control.

"Strive not with your superior in argument, but always submit your judgment to
others with modesty" rule #40

Below you will find the Profanity Clause:

SECTION 1
I _____________ hereby declare myself, able and willing, not to disregard my english
teachers reputation. Furthermore in the event I do the above I will respectfully apologize
to my english teacher and acknowledge that I have been taught proper language and know better.

SECTION 2
While in a public gathering place, I ____________ will refrain from conversation of a private
nature and respect individuals around me by speaking softly and not uttering any speech of
a profaneor obscene nature.
(This just in: Cell phone conversations, in public, are not so private. So beware of what you say!)

SECTION 3
In the case one feels they have the right to use profane and abusive language in public,
please refer to your state laws. In most states profanity is punishable by law.
For example in Virginia, the law states that:

If any person shall, in the presence or
hearing of another, curse or abuse such other person, or use any violent abusive
language to such person concerning himself or any of his relations, or otherwise
use such language, under circumstances reasonably calculated to provoke a breach
of the peace, he shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.

A growing number of states are adopting Road Rage laws, which have
strict laws on obscene gestures and abusive language.

SECTION 3a.
If you feel you must have the right to use profanity,
you need to obtain a PUL (Profanity Use License). Lack of a PUL, deems
profanity unlicensed and therefore it's use is punishable by law.

Obtaining a PUL is quite expensive and most people are over qualified.
The Qualifications for a PUL are as follows:

1. $10,000 usage fee paid to the order of sivilite.com
2. A Dark room with Sound Proof padded walls
3. A limited Vocabulary
4. A level 1 Character Quality, 10 being best.

Harsh words bring about acts of un (si-vil'i-te).  Therefore let's be
